AMANDA CHOUINARD (she/her)

Amanda is an organizational sustainability strategist passionate about uplifting others and harnessing the power of collaboration. She specialises in helping organizations integrate sustainability into their procurement practices to create lasting change and shared value for society. Prior to joining Reeve, she worked in both in Ontario and BC for a variety of non-profit, public, and consulting organizations all uniquely advancing their sustainability. She holds a Masters of Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo where she gained a comprehensive understanding of holistic sustainability trends and practices for the public and private sector. Most recently, Amanda became the Program Manager for the Canadian Collaboration for Sustainable Procurement, advising 46 members on their sustainable procurement needs. Outside of work, Amanda loves spending leisure time outdoors, exploring new restaurants, and reading a good fantasy novel.

EMILY CHIN (she/her)

Emily is a motivated individual dedicated to making positive environmental and social impact. She specializes in creating solutions that benefit both communities and the planet. Prior to Reeve, Emily worked in the non-profit sector at Food Stash Foundation rescuing surplus food from the food supply chain and distributing it to food insecure individuals within the community. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Resource Systems at UBC, where she actively engaged in consulting projects. She gained valuable experience collaborating with a waste management facility in Indonesia and worked closely with organizations to develop innovative zero-waste initiatives. In her spare time, Emily indulges in adventures such as scuba diving in tropical destinations, hiking, or snowboarding.

LUPITA WIDYASANTI (she/her)

Lupita is an operational changemaker, who is passionate about circularity and impact-driven, regenerative systems. Prior to Reeve, Lupita was an operations coordinator who was responsible for increasing the efficiency of delivering programs and scaling the sustainability strategy. The projects she has managed and contributed to include soil health, circularity, and leadership development. Most recently, Lupita received an Advanced Diploma in Sustainable Business Leadership from BCIT, after completing an Environmental Studies degree from the University of Waterloo. When she’s not working, Lupita enjoys playing tennis, backcountry treks, and exploring the coffee scene of a new city.

MEG TURNER (she/her)

Meg is an enthusiastic, hard-worker with a drive towards positive change and community-empowerment. She is inspired by collaborating with a diverse team in and out of the workplace. Prior to Reeve, she has completed initiatives with the Changemaker Project, UBC Orientations and UWC Red Cross Nordic all focusing on community building and addressing societal needs. After completing her IB Diploma at UWC in Norway, Meg enrolled at the University of British Columbia in Commerce, specializing in Marketing, Sustainability and Social Impact. In her spare time, Meg loves to explore the outdoors: kayaking, hiking and sunbathing.

NAMRITA LAMBA (she/her)

Namrita has a creative and organized approach to problem solving and is passionate about waste management and circularity, particularly in the realm of consumer goods. Prior to Reeve, Namrita worked in apparel and textile supply chain management in India for a decade. She was also part of the corporate impact team at Herschel Supply working on sustainable supply chain strategies. Most recently, Namrita has completed her Master in Business Administration from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Namrita is also an advocate for sustainable fashion and is an active volunteer with three non-profit organizations – Fashion Revolution, Threading Change, and Remake. When she’s not working, Namrita enjoys watching and playing soccer, exploring new places and foods, curating music playlists, and making to-do-lists.

TIM REEVE (he/him)

Tim is a driven thought leader with a proven track record of delivering successful sustainability strategies, plans, and stakeholder engagement processes for clients around the world. Prior to Reeve, Tim worked in the recycling sector, providing education and recycling programs for large institutions, later transitioning into the Executive Director position at the Recycling Council of BC. After working as a Values Alignment Manager at Vancity and sitting on the bid committee for the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver, he began freelance consulting for the Olympics. This led to the birth of Reeve Consulting in 2007. Most recently, he led sustainability strategy processes for the Special Olympics, Vancouver International Airport Authority and City of Mississauga. In his spare time, Tim enjoys carving the slopes on his skis or swimming in the Vancouver harbour.
