Tim has 25 years of experience delivering successful sustainability strategies and plans and stakeholder engagement processes for clients around the world. He is a sought-after facilitator for strategic planning, stakeholder workshops and sustainability planning for organizations wanting to develop insightful and practical strategic business and environmental management plans. Tim is considered a Canadian thought-leader in helping organizations use procurement to advance their organizational sustainability strategies. He has recently led sustainability strategy processes for the Special Olympics, Vancouver International Airport Authority, City of Mississauga and is known for his ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholder groups.



Barb is a registered professional planner with a background in environmental, social and Indigenous planning and activism in Canada and internationally. Barb supports Tim on client projects and coordinates the Municipal Collaboration for Sustainable Procurement, a member-based network of Canadian public sector organizations. Prior to joining Reeve, Barb designed a broad range of innovative social procurement, workforce development and women’s empowerment programs internationally. She also manages BC’s only environmental legal aid grant fund at West Coast Environmental Law.

Alyssa McDonald is sales and marketing professional turned organizational psychologist that aims to foster connectivity, sustainability, and social responsibility in and through business.

Over the past 10 years, she has worked in innovative, purpose-driven businesses, social enterprises and nonprofits of all shapes and sizes - from the UN Office for Partnerships’ IMPACT2030 initiative to car2go, the world's largest carsharing company, and a 2-person tech startup helping neighbours share of tools and other under-utilized household items. She brings a wealth of expertise in corporate social responsibility, communications, employee engagement, change management, research, and more.

Peter is the Executive Vice President, Purpose and Brand Citizenship and leads Elevator’s purpose-driven marketing. Elevator is a proudly Canadian, fiercely independent communications firm that is home to a seasoned group of creative, strategic and media experts fluent in all communications channels. A Certified Advertising Agency Practitioner and co-founder of two mission-driven agencies, Peter has more than 25 years of specialized expertise with businesses of all shapes and sizes as well as government agencies and nonprofits across the globe. He is a regular collaborator with Reeve Consulting and our communications ace up the sleeve.

Darren Stott has 20 years of experience in the retail food industry. After working with Reeve Consulting for several years, Darren went on to start his own firm, GreenChain Consulting, in 2010. Through GreenChain, he primarily supports BC local food initiatives through business development and planning. Darren’s background in sustainable food and retail operations is extensive. He held a management role in Manchester, England for one of the UK’s largest Co-Op retailers and advised on retail analytics for blue chip retailers and manufacturers including Safeway, P&G, and Unilever. Darren also served as SPUD’s Director of Purchasing for 7 years. Darren is a valued partner of Reeve Consulting on food, retail, and Fair Trade projects.

David Muller has successfully shown sports teams, venues, and leagues, as well as corporations large and small, the value of joining the Green Sports movement. David played a key role in building the Green Sports Alliance from start up to a mature organization, then started consulting independently on sustainability, communications, marketing, and organizational development. David is a founding member of Sport and Sustainability International, as well as a member of the Leadership Team of the Sustainable Event Alliance. He earned his MBA in Sustainable Business from Presidio Graduate School. David firmly believes that sports can be a powerful platform for social change to sustainability. David is our valued partner on sustainable sports projects.
