Tim has 25 years of experience delivering successful sustainability strategies and plans and stakeholder engagement processes for clients around the world. He is a sought-after facilitator for strategic planning, stakeholder workshops and sustainability planning for organizations wanting to develop insightful and practical strategic business and environmental management plans. Tim is considered a Canadian thought-leader in helping organizations use procurement to advance their organizational sustainability strategies. He has recently led sustainability strategy processes for the Special Olympics, Vancouver International Airport Authority, City of Mississauga and is known for his ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholder groups.



Amanda is an organizational sustainability strategist and Project Manager at Reeve, focused on sustainable procurement implementation and training. She holds five years of diverse experience working both in Ontario and BC for a variety of non-profit, public and consulting organizations all advancing sustainability. She recently completed her Masters of Environment and Business with the University of Waterloo where she gained a comprehensive understanding of sustainability trends and practices for organizations. Through this, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of sustainability trends and practices for public organizations, national and local governments, and private institutions. Amanda is well versed in project coordination including project planning, research, reporting, communications and administration. Amanda is keen on helping organizations integrate sustainability to create shared value for society and harnessing the power of collaboration to make the sustainable transition possible.

Alyssa McDonald is sales and marketing professional turned organizational psychologist that aims to foster connectivity, sustainability, and social responsibility in and through business.

Over the past 10 years, she has worked in innovative, purpose-driven businesses, social enterprises and nonprofits of all shapes and sizes - from the UN Office for Partnerships’ IMPACT2030 initiative to car2go, the world's largest carsharing company, and a 2-person tech startup helping neighbours share of tools and other under-utilized household items. She brings a wealth of expertise in corporate social responsibility, communications, employee engagement, change management, research, and more.

Senior Consultant


Loralee has 22 years of experience launching sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives at the City of Vancouver and Vancity credit union with expertise in strategy and policy development, program implementation, sustainability reporting, and greening corporate operations. She has 10 years’ experience leading the development, planning and implementation of sustainable procurement policy and practice at both organizations, including six years embedded in Supply Chain Management at the City. Loralee has extensive experience in the design and roll out tools, processes, and reporting that address the multiple dimensions of sustainable procurement. She has personally developed and evaluated the sustainability requirements for over 25 different commodities and services. She is expert at engaging operational units and convening cross-functional teams to articulate and embed sustainability commitments into day-to-day operations. Loralee is focussed on offering practical approaches that enable clients to achieve their sustainable procurement targets and goals.



Michelyn has a diverse background in the public, private and non-profit sectors, taking on roles in sustainability, stakeholder relations, and policy. She has been responsible for managing province-wide strategic planning initiatives, creating community investment programming for start-ups, and implementing sustainable development projects. She has developed local and Indigenous procurement programming, and has supported clients in achieving international sustainability certifications. These certifications include recognition for organizing green events that meet the highest standards in the industry. Michelyn also recently completed a Master’s in Public Policy and an MBA, where she took a keen interest in innovative supply chain solutions and local content initiatives.

Strategic Advisor


Darren Stott has 20 years of experience in the retail food industry. After working with Reeve Consulting for several years, Darren went on to start his own firm, GreenChain Consulting, in 2010. Through GreenChain, he primarily supports BC local food initiatives through business development and planning. Darren’s background in sustainable food and retail operations is extensive. He held a management role in Manchester, England for one of the UK’s largest Co-Op retailers and advised on retail analytics for blue chip retailers and manufacturers including Safeway, P&G, and Unilever. Darren also served as SPUD’s Director of Purchasing for 7 years. Darren is a valued partner of Reeve Consulting on food, retail, and Fair Trade projects.
