A New Chapter: Meet Reeve’s Spring Hires

A New Chapter: Meet Reeve’s Spring Hires

With growing interest in sustainable procurement and some busy months at Reeve, we are excited to welcome three new members to the office! Two join us in consulting and specialist roles, and thanks to the help of Eco Canada, we were able to hire an additional intern for the summer.

Namrita Lamba

After a decade working in the textile and apparel industry in India, Namrita moved to Canada to complete her MBA at UBC Sauder School of Business. She is passionate about zero waste and circularity, having worked and volunteered for organizations like Herschel, Fashion Revolution, and Remake. In these roles, she focused on sustainable fashion and textile supply chain management.

At Reeve, Namrita has stepped into a senior consultant role at Reeve, where she will develop relationships with new and existing clients, create and facilitate program frameworks, policies, client training, and conduct research into industry trends and best practices.

Outside of work, Namrita is soccer enthusiast, playing on Saturdays and never missing a Manchester City game at the Three Brits Pub. She is a dedicated foodie, bringing fun new snacks into the office to share with the team!

Lupita Widyasanti

Lupita brings extensive project management and advisory skills from her previous role with a local consulting firm. During her recent completion of her Advanced Diploma in Sustainable Business Leadership at BCIT, she developed knowledge of supply chains, ESG, circularity and leadership development. She is driven to promote impact-driven, regenerative systems and circularity in organizations.

At Reeve, Lupita is initially filling a dual role as a consultant and specialist with a focus on operational improvement. She will lead the enhancement of our operational systems, as well as aiding with client work and marketing efforts.

Outside of work, Lupita is an avid coffee drinker, exploring the coffee scene in every new city she visits. Though she didn’t go pro with playing tennis, she enjoys playing the odd game in her spare time – when she’s not hiking.

Meg Turner

Meg is enrolled at UBC Sauder School of business, specializing in Marketing, Sustainability and Social Impact. She brings volunteer experience in community building and addressing societal needs from initiatives with The Changemaker Project, UBC Orientations and UWC Red Cross Nordic, all addressing her passions of environmental sustainability, impact-driven projects, and community-empowerment.

Meg joins us as a co-op where she will focus on marketing tasks. She will take charge in blogging and social media, while also aiding with project proposals, event planning, and tracking industry events.

Outside of work, Meg is an outdoor adventurer in the water and the mountains. Having grown up in Canmore Alberta, she feels at home when in nature. Though a go-getter outside, you’d be hard pressed to force Meg out of her Sunday morning tea and movie relaxation routine.

With this year’s hires, we are excited to welcome international diversity and involvement. Having Namrita born and raised in India, Lupita born in Indonesia and Meg born in New Zealand with overseas experience in Norway, we further embrace our globally rooted team. We hope our commitment to diversity will help us to provide more perspectives, and heighten the quality of our work. In the coming weeks, friends, clients, and partners of Reeve can expect to get to know our new hires – especially during our shoreline cleanup on July 27th! More details coming soon.
